Include your device model, operating-system version, CloudLink version, the screen you were using, and what happened. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, or authentication tokens. Share diagnostic exports only through a private support channel after reviewing them.
Signing in and finding games
Sign in with your NVIDIA account. CloudLink connects to NVIDIA to load your membership and library. If membership information is unavailable, open Settings, then Account, and use Check Membership Again when offered. Game availability and supported stores are controlled by GeForce NOW. Some games require a separate purchase or a connected store account.
Improving a stream
Open Settings, then Connection Test, to check the current device and connection. Choose a streaming preset that suits your connection and device. The History screen can show measurements from earlier sessions on this device. Queue time, graphics options, frame rate, resolution, and HDR availability also depend on your membership, the game, and NVIDIA's service.
Controls
On iPhone and iPad, use touch controls or a compatible game controller. Input settings include touch options, controller tuning, and button mapping. On Apple TV, browse with the Siri Remote and use a supported game controller for gameplay. Individual games may need a particular input device.
Ending a session
Open the stream controls and choose End Stream. Confirm End Stream to close the session, or choose Cancel to continue. Returning to the library can leave the session running. Use the Now Streaming control to return to it.
Your information
Configured beta and production builds can send crash reports and limited technical logs automatically through Sentry. Change Automatic Diagnostics in Settings > Diagnostics. Reports help investigate failures and playback problems, but your description of what happened is still useful. Automatic reporting does not include game titles, typed text, screenshots or recordings. Mobile Collect Logs and Export Logs remain separate, manual actions. Apple TV requires a paired Mac for detailed manual logs.
Read the CloudLink Privacy Policy for details about account access, automatic diagnostics, local history, iCloud-synced presets and bookmarks, exports and deletion. Signing out removes CloudLink's stored NVIDIA credentials and clears stream history and connection-test results. It does not delete custom presets, Quick Launch bookmarks or reports already received.
